The quests of the Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh) through the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) and the Korean Government through the Korea Program on International Agriculture (KOPIA) of bringing the rice and vegetable technology in Bohol through the Saemaul Undong spirits have already been supported and adopted by the Boholano farmers.

Assessment revealed that the experienced rains last week did not elevate water levels at Bayongan Dam in San Miguel, Malinao Dam (Pilar), Capayas Dam (Ubay), and the Talibon Dam (Talibon). Recommendations pointed out the need to conduct cloudseeding operations to save the standing crop and ensure rice planting in the next dry cropping season.
